- How do I PERSONALIZE my order?
- Please fill in the simple form with your Name / Email Address / Telephone Number (with Country Code!) then fill in your text, identifying each line of text how you want it printed. The font & color is fixed per the style you choose. Customization is available and costs HK$ 800. Comments: please let us know if you have any questions.
- What is the PROOF PROCESS after I place my order?
- Upon receipt of your order, our designers will email an electronic proof for your approval within 1 business day.
- When will my LemonDrop order be READY?
- Once you have given us your approval, all orders are final. Your order will be ready in 3 business days and sent via regular post or ready for pick up from our office in Hong Kong.
- What kind of FILE does my photo need to be?
- We recommend emailing your photos in .jpeg format to lemondrop@studiomhk.com, and reference your name. The minimum resolution should be 125 x 175 mm at 300 dpi.
- Is there a MINIMUM order?
- The minimum order is one (1) set of 12 personalized notes, or as specified in the item details.
- What forms of PAYMENT do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.Checks to STUDIO M LIMITED in Hong Kong Dollars are also accepted. All funds must be well received before design begins.
- Do I need a PAYPAL account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
- How SECURE is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
- Does LemonDrop support FOREIGN LANGUAGES?
- Hong Kong is an international city and our stationery is sent worldwide. You may have your LemonDrop order in any language. The best way to order stationery in a foreign language is to email us a Word document to lemondrop@studiomhk.com, particularly for accents and special characters. Make sure the information is correct!
- What are my DELIVERY options?
- We are happy to organize your delivery within Hong Kong and Internationally. Your order shipped within Hong Kong is delivered through registered mail; please allow 2-3 additional days. The cost of Shipping is HK$ 100 for first set of 12 cards and HK$ 20 for each additional set. International Shipping charges are calculated depending on destination. Please choose destination before checking out.
- Can I CHANGE the design?
- Any additional design changes beyond the scope of personalized information or photo will have a design fee starting at HK$ 800.
- Can I have a SOFT COPY?
- If you would like the soft copy of your personalized LemonDrop card, the prices is HK$ 1,200.
- Who owns the COPYRIGHT of the design?
- Studio M Limited owns & retains all copyrights, with exception of your photos. If you purchase a soft copy, you will have limited rights to use for the specified use.
